Clue:
1. Talk to Mistag at the end of the tunnel. He will tell you what you have to do. Tell him that you will be a guide.
2. Go back to the cellar and talk to Zanik. She will ask you if you are her guide. Say yes. Take her up and talk to the Duke.
3. Tofind out where she wants you to go, ask her if she has seen enough of Lumbridge.
4. When she says she wants to talk to people, talk to a man.
5. When she asks about a God, talk to the Priest.
6. For a souvenir, go to the General Store
7. When she as you to take her to other Goblins, go near any Goblin.
8. After all of those, she will ask you to take her to the HAM hideout. She will then put on your extra set of robes. Take her to the hideout and talk to someone.
9. She will ask you to move deeper in the caves. Head past the speaker and she will tell you to talk to the leader. Go to the South-East pass and talk to Johanhus Ulsbrecht.
10. Ask him what they are going to do about the Cave Goblins. Keep trying to flatter him. After he tells you that they will do something, quit talking to him.
11. Pick the lock on the trapdoor and go down.
12. When you walk out, the guard will tell you to go upstairs. Keep walking past him. Zanik will kill him.
13. Head through the crack in the wall. As soon as the guard patrolling the corridor passes East of the other crack, exit and run behind the guard in the West Corridor. Zanik will kill him.
14. Talk to Zanik and tell her about the Guard. When his back is to you tell her now, she will kill him.
15. Walk to the end of that corridor. Walk out and run to the South. As soon as the Guard passes Zanik, she will kill him.
16. Now, walk to the other side. Zanik will stay there. Then go back to other side. Go up to where the Guard is, and he will face you, Zanik will kill him.
17. Listen at the door and you will be captured. Pick the lock on the door, it might take a while.
18. After you are out, talk to the leader again. Then head outside.
19. At the western end of the Hideout entrance is Zanik’s body. Take it.
20. Head to Juna. To get to her, go through the tunnel south of the Giant Frogs in Lumbridge Swamp.
21. After you talk to her, take off your weapon and shield if you have then. Collect the blue water, but not the green. When you have 20, you will get a cutscene.
22. Teleport out, Zanik will be in the cellar. Go get her. Head to the mill, it is by the river, on the Al Kharid side, south of the Cow field. To get in, talk to the dwarf, you must be wearing your HAM stuff.
23. Put Zanik in a crate, empty ones across from the dwarf/ and carry her down the ladder. To carry her down. You need no weapons or shields equipped.
24. Walk down the west path. Sigmund will talk, then you will have to fight him and 3 guards. Zanik helps you. Sigmund uses prayer, so be ready.
25. Go to the machine and smash it. Head back to cave entrance.
26. Take the South tunnel this time. Go all the way down it and through the blocked tunnel. You will be complimented with a cut scene.
